Time Flies…(July 2002-November 2003)

My goodness! I think Groucho Marx was right: "Time flies like the wind. Fruit flies like the bananas." It seems like I just posted
June 2002 in the Dear Diary section, and here it is, December 2003! I know I have some catching up to do, but…the problem is
that I've been sort of busy living life to write it up. Rather than try to write up what few entries I have at this point, I'll just give the
highlights:

I won't get much into the early part of July 2002 here; that's covered in the "Travels with Mina" section, under "The Summer of
Whine and Roses." Enjoy the read. After we got back…I blinked and it was August.

August saw the realization that I have come a long way. Stuff I never dreamed of doing a few years back are so common now,
I don't even think about them. Things like regular mascara, perfume, bras, and nail polish…much less panties and so forth.
Unfortunately, I was given a little gift…a case of chlamydia. This meant I had to be a good girl for two weeks. I could handle no
booze and no sun…but no sex sucked, honey.

September…and the annual visit to the COGIATI and Moir Jessel tests. Nothing new, except that the scores now have me well
into the transsexual stage. That, coupled with a minor nailcolor issue, as well as some other crises, made me want to totally
femme out and stay there. I will retake those again in September 2003, probably for the last time. At this point, there really isn't
much I don't know or haven't figured out about myself.

October…I spent as Wonder Woman, bracelets and all. `nuff said. The computer I had at work finally died; I managed to save
the files I needed…barely.

November…Gone. The same can be said for December…until Christmas. Christmas was supposed to be at home. It wasn't.
Check out why at "Travels with Mina", under "'02 be a Southern Belle'."

January 2003 got buried in sleet. February wasn't much better, except I finally got the courage up (as well as the cash) to open
a Savings account; the setup is the same as the Checking. What's next?

March 2003 just flat out vanished. While there is nothing written officially, there was a short time where I lived totally en femme
for the better part of three days. Obviously, it was good, but it ended way too soon. It usually does.

April was the relaunch of Lady Jayne's Homepage, and the launching of the mirror site Wagaya Kizoku Sakura on TrannyWeb.
That's part of why there isn't much written in here! Another part was Easter. I spent quite of bit of money on some new clothes
while on a trip to Chicago. I spent most of that trip en femme as well. I'm not writing the trip up simply due to it being only about
three days or so. After all the work, Kizoku Wagaya Sakura was pulled due to too much upkeep…for now.
It may return someday….

May went quickly. I had been shaving more and more of my legs pretty regularly, and nailcolor was no longer an issue, so long
as it (a) was not too obvious (IE, no blues, flame reds, or neon colors) and (b) colors remained on my toes only. (Duh.) June
simply evaporated. It usually does, due to job pressures. But one thing finally happened: On June 26, literally right before I left
for Montreal, I took the plunge and started processing my commonlaw name change. Read why here. (It became pretty well
official in September, at least as long as I remain in the Hoosier State. Elsewhere, it might not work. I know it does in MD,
however.)

July 2003 was my trip to Montreal. Do not pass "go", instead, click the link and see what mischief I got into whilst there in
"Les Aventures de MarieJaine en Montreal." Let's just say that the Shiseido salesgirl at the one store was NOT prepared for
an American Tranny to buy from her…! July 22 was "the" day…I finally quit playing around the issue and shaved my legs.
Totally. From crotch to toes. What a marvelous feeling! I never want hair on my legs again. Added bonus: my nylons stay up
much, much better now. I have to leave the hair on my forearms, and I have a small patch on my tummy. (Yes, I still have hair
"there", too. There are some things I just am NOT doing!)

August 2003 finally gave me a needed time to slow down, catch up, and do some of the writing I needed to do; the S.O. was
recovering from her surgery, and I had a slight slowdown at the office. Finally. Most of August was spent helping the S.O. to
recover, with the help of her mom. I was able to spend some "100%" time as Jayne…but not as much as I would have liked.
(I did get some clothes and makeup out of the deal, though…)

September was ugly. I essentially got busted at work for spending too much time on TrannyWeb. I have had to curtail that a bit.
I also got essentially read, but that died down…at least, for now. (Read about that episode here.) I buried a dear relative, and
that meant a trip to California. About the only really decent thing that happened is that I was able to open a prepaid credit card
account as MJ Sakura. Because it is prepaid, I didn't have to futz with a credit check. Oh, yes…what were probably my final
visits to the COGIATI and Moir Jessel tests.  Slightly higher scores, but they have evened out. In short, they won't get much
higher if at all, so there is no sense in taking them next year. They have proven what I already knew, anyway: I am a MTF,
Non-Op or Pre-Op Transsexual. (Duh.)

October and November had me all over, including Omaha, NE. and back to California for a second funeral…this one, the
husband of the relative who died in September. (You can read some of the fun from that trip by clicking here.)

Towards the end of November, I got to thinking about where I am in my journey toward womanhood. I had gotten about as far as I
could go doing things the way I have been as of this writing. I started wondering, thinking, dreaming about what could be next…but
for that, you'll have to go to the next section…"The Hormone Diaries".

Otherwise, that's all the entries for this section. I told you that time flies!
